Allen received his B.Comm from Ryerson University (Dean’s list) (2006) and his J.D. from Queen’s University Law School (2009). Allen is enrolled with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and he successfully completed the Chartered Institute of Canada’s Uniform Formal Evaluation for the Chartered Accountancy designation. Allen has worked in the audit and tax departments for a national accounting firm and expects to complete his work experience requirement in 2013. Allen has completed the Bar Admission course. Allen is currently enrolled in the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals where he is finishing the introductory course.
